The process starts way before the wheel. Cheese is our flagship product and everything else has grown up around it. The best way to experience it is to visit our cafe on the farm and order a cheeseboard or grilled cheese sandwich (or maybe some ice cream too!). We also host events throughout the year like low cost programs for kids, free sunflower u-pick and dinners and music year round.
