A Celebration of Fermentation & Preservation

We don't just make award winning cheese. We pride ourselves in creating a welcoming space for guests to enjoy and explore our cheese alongside all the products we craft like caramel sauce, pickles, seasonal preserves and hard cider. Most everything comes from our farm or is sourced from nearby farm friends. We do it all the old fashioned way and in small batches. We cut the hay, milk the cows, make the cheese, crush and press the apples, ferment the fruit, form the wheels, pack the jars of pickles and simmer the kettles of fruit. It's a lot of hard work by a small group of people but it's a labor of love by all of us. Come for a visit and feel the love in every bite!
